PRODUCT WARRANTY

Vinaera warrants that your Vinaera Electric Wine Aerator will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. Vinaera will, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a replacement product is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement product is sent, it will carry a One Year Warranty from the date of shipment. * The Telescoping Stainless Tube with Filter (MV7) is considered a consumable so please contact your agent / distributor / retailer in the event it is damaged.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some states or Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending on the state or Province of purchase.

Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by services performed by anyone other than Vinaera or its authorized service providers, use of parts other then genuine Vinaera parts, or external causes such as abuse, misuse, including use in a commercial setting, or acts of God.

PRODUCT :

Each bottle of red wine may be filled to different levels by the winery. In a very small minority cases, over-filled bottles may overflow when the Vinaera electric wine aerator(MV7/MV62/MV6) is installed. This is normal.
When the bottle is nearly empty and the liquid level of the red wine approaches the Filter Mesh, air mixed with a small amount of red wine may spray from the spout. To avoid this situation, please keep the center of the glass near the spout so that the remaining red wine does not drip onto your table.
Once you have finished using this product : When the product is removed from the bottle neck, please remove the Telescoping Tube and wait 3-5 seconds to let any remaining liquid flow black into the bottle instead of dripping on the table.
This product is NOT dishwasher safe. Do not immerse the aerator body in water.
This product is not waterproof, Holding this product at an angle or upside down will damage its electric components.
In case of leftover liquid in the tubing from previous use: If the product has been used before, please follow the “Clean and Store” and wash the product before each use.
To avoid the clogging of product tubing by dried red wine: Please follow the “Clean and Store” to wash and dry this product after each use.
The mesh should be cleaned with clean water. If the contaminant on the mesh still does not come off, soak the mesh in water for 3-5 minutes then clean with a soft brush.
Vinaera PRO(MV7) incorporates a water pump. If the product is switched on without any liquid passing through, “tiny amounts of liquid” in the pump might lead to the mechanism producing more sound. This is normal. Solution : Place the unit in a well-ventilated area. The noise will be reduced when the mechanism is thoroughly dry.
As a reminder, not all red wines need to be aerated. If you use the Vinaera electric wine aerator with a wine with less tannin content its effect will not be as obvious. This is normal.
Because of the indented base shape of most wine bottles, a fully dispensed bottle using Vinaera will leave 1-2 ounces (50ml) of wine in the bottle.
The Air Intake Adjustment Knob can only be rotated through 120° (Vinaera PRO-MV7) . Over-turning the knob may lead to damage.
The aeration time and effect mentioned in Vinaera PRO(MV7) user manual was obtained through testing by profession als with UK and US sommelier qualifications. The maximum aeration setting is equivalent to pouring wine into a decanter for 180 minutes and is suitable for use with most red wines. The test results may vary due to differences in sommeliers and equipment.
This product can be installed on any international standard red wine bottle (internal diameter of 18.5mm at the mouth). Do not attempt to force this product into red bottles with a “smaller” mouth.
If your wine is aerated for longer than it should be then there may be a hint of acetic acid in the taste of the red wine. This is normal.

BATTERY :

Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity（＋ and －）.
Remove used batteries promptly.
If you do not plan to use this product for extended periods, remove the batteries to avoid product damage from leaking batteries.
